I am qualified with the legally-required Italian professional diploma
in real estate and property management. Also I have worked and lived in Italy for more than twenty years, which allows me to help you when it comes to dealing with the complex context of Italian property law. This is highly important for the security and safety of your interests concerning the drafting and finalizing of legal documents.

I am specialized in mediating the purchase and sale of:

• detached villas with sea and/or panoramic views,
• typical Tuscan stone houses with timber,
• my properties are always situated in areas of outstanding natural beauty, often secluded, but mostly within easy reach of places of interest.

My services include the evaluation and the assessment of the costs of purchase, and also - if required - of the costs of renovation and alterations: e.g. renovation of the outside and the inside, total new construcion, swimming-pools, landscaped gardens; planning, managing and maintenance of agricultural land such as olive groves and vineyards.

My range of services can also include the administration of and connection of water, elecricity, gas, telephone, waste collection and registration with the local authorities.

I can also assist you in all the potentially problematic and always complex processes of payments to the authorities.
